PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: May 27, 2026

BND TGTHR ("BND TGTHR," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Bnd Tgthr, Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use bndtgthr.com (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us:

  • When you sign in or buy a ticket, we collect your name and email address. We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in, so we don't store a password.
  • If you list as an artist, we collect your name, email, performance price, availability, biography, social and streaming links, and any images you upload.
  • If you list as a venue, we collect your name, email, price, availability, capacity, and location (country, state, city, and approximate coordinates), and any images you upload.
  • If you connect a payout account, that account is created and held by Stripe; we store only an identifier that links to it.

Payment information:

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number — it's entered directly with Stripe. We retain records of your transactions (amounts, tickets, campaigns, and refunds) and the related Stripe identifiers.

Information collected automatically:

We record basic usage data such as page views, and we set cookies needed to keep you signed in. We may also collect standard log and device data (such as IP address and browser type) to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

  • Operate the Service: create and run campaigns, issue tickets, and manage artist and venue listings and payouts.
  • Process payments and refunds through Stripe.
  • Send you transactional email — login links, receipts, campaign milestone, success and failure notices, and payout notifications. These are necessary to use the Service and are not marketing.
  • Send you marketing or announcement email, which you can opt out of at any time (see "Your choices and rights").
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, scalping, and security issues.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in (a session cookie that lasts about 30 days) and to operate core features. We don't use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but you won't be able to stay logged in.

4. How we share information

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, and only as needed:

  • Stripe — payment processing, refunds, and artist and venue payouts.
  • Our email providers (SendGrid and our own mail server) — to deliver email.
  • Amazon Web Services (S3) — to host uploaded images.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BND TGTHR, our users, or others.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Marketing email: every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing does not stop transactional email, which is required to use the Service.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing support@bndtgthr.com. We may need to retain certain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us to exercise them.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then as required to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations.

7. Children

The Service isn't directed to children, and you must be old enough to enter a binding contract (generally 18) to make a purchase. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and payment details are handled by Stripe under its own security and PCI standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
