How campaigns, charges, refunds, and tickets work.

What is BND TGTHR?

BND TGTHR is a crowd-funding platform for live shows. Fans pick an artist, a venue, and a date, and buy a ticket to start or join a campaign. The show only happens if the campaign reaches its goal before its deadline. We connect fans, artists, and venues — we don't produce the shows ourselves.

How does a campaign work?

  • A campaign runs for a fixed window of 14 days from when it's created. The scheduled show date is always at least 16 days out, after the deadline.
  • A campaign succeeds only if all of its tickets sell before the deadline. When it succeeds, the show is confirmed.
  • If it doesn't sell out by the deadline, it fails and the show does not happen.

When am I charged?

You're charged at the time of purchase, not when the campaign ends. The total is the ticket price plus a service fee equal to 20% of the ticket price, shown as a single amount at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

What happens if the campaign doesn't sell out?

If a campaign fails, we automatically refund the ticket price in full to your original payment method — you don't need to request it. The 20% service fee is non-refundable, since it covers running the platform and processing your payment. Refunds go through Stripe and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

If a campaign succeeds, your purchase is final and your ticket is issued. Except where required by law, purchases on a successful campaign are non-refundable — including if you change your mind or can't attend. If a confirmed show is later canceled by the artist or venue, we refund the ticket price for affected tickets (the service fee remains non-refundable).

How do I get my ticket?

Tickets are issued as QR codes tied to your account and are valid for a single admission. You can find your tickets and check the status of your campaigns anytime from your dashboard. Please don't copy, resell, or share your ticket.

How do I sign in?

We use passwordless "magic link" sign-in tied to your email — no password to remember. When you log in, we email you a link that signs you in. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone with it can access your account.

I'm an artist or a venue. How do I get on the platform?

We'd love to hear from you. Email matt@bndtgthr.com to get your room or your band listed. Payouts for successful shows are made through Stripe Connect to the payout account you connect.
